Welcome to the NYCDOE Adult Education School 2 ~ "WHERE IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO DO SOMETHING GREAT." Each day, we strive to empower adults in their roles as parents, employees, and family and community members. We promote lifelong learning and the development of problem-solving skills through a continuum of educational services. The learning experiences students encounter are tailored to their backgrounds and varied abilities. Our website reflects this unique relationship and the role that so many engage in to ensure student success.

The tag line, "Where it is Never Too Late to do Something Great" exemplifies the belief that education lays the foundations for life and should be a hugely positive and rich experience for all students. We provide students with personalized learning experiences aligned with flexible day, evening, and Saturday schedules. Our school offers courses in English as a Second Language (ESL), High School Equivalency (HSE), and Career and Technical Education (CTE). Students and community partners describe Adult Education School 2 as a caring, warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued, is respected, and provided with the support systems necessary to achieve their personal and career goals.

Today, five barrels filled with school supplies were picked up to be shipped to students in Jamaica affected by Hurricane Melissa.
