Career and Technical Education (CTE)

Adult Education - School 2 offers CTE classes in Microsoft Office Suite (MOS) and IC3 Computer Foundations. CTE classes include instruction in Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint. Learners are exposed to hands-on practice activities that provide brief procedures to teach all the necessary skills coupled with assessment projects that the teacher assigns at the end of each chapter, challenging students to apply what they have learned. Individuals can elect to earn certification in one or more Microsoft programs, such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint. All MOS Tests and Courses are delivered in Gmetrix's Skills Management System.
